Berekfürdő Bath: 2 medicinal pools, 1 with a neck, back, waist jacuzzi, 2 thermal pools, a children's pool and a swimming pool. In the indoors spa, there are 2 medicinal pools, as well as a weight spa, massage therapy, electrotherapy and underwater jet therapy. Other facilities and services are: Finnish sauna, manicure and pedicure. The thermal water is recommeded for rheumatism, circulation problems, alleviation of neurotic and gynaecological illnesses as well as post-traumatic rehabilitation.
 
Balmazújváros Bath ('Kamilla'): This venue has been operating since 1951 and from the beginning of the 2000s, it has been a rapidly developing health spa, wellness centre and eco-bath ideal for family outings. The seasonally operated outdoor pools, children's and wellness pools and the permanently open indoor pools are fit for all generations, let them be grandparents out for a medicinal bath, couples indulging themselves with a wellness holiday or kids enjoying the various youth programs.
 
Hajdúböszörmény Bath: Thermal pools with neck and waist massaging water jets, bubble bath, a sports pool, several children's pools. Access to medicinal pools, saunas and steam cabins as well as the use of lockers are included in the entrance fee.
 
Karcag Bath (Akádliget): Indoor and outdoor pools, a scene pool and a watercourse, bubble bath, swimming lessons, a children's pool, underwater and neck jets, waterbeds.
 
Nádudvar Bath: Free parking, bicycle enclosure, lockers, sauna, playground, beach soccer and volleyball fields.
 
Püspökladány Bath: In the middle of the Transtisza region, at the meeting point of the Sárrét, the Nagykunság and the Hortobágy, the first thermal pools were opened in 1920.
 
Tiszacsege Bath: The temperature of the thermal water welling up from 1295 metres depth is 72 degrees Celsius (162 degrees Fahrenheit). It was declared a medicinal bath in 2000, as the organic matter and alkalihydrogene-carbonate content of the water is very high. It is especially recommended for rheumatism and muscle pain, as well as dartrous diseases. Visitors can enjoy 2 thermal pools, a children's pool and a cold water swimming pool. The total capacity of the venue is 1600 persons.
 
Tiszafüred Thermal and Medicinal Baths: A pleasant environment for relaxing, where visitors can enjoy the  medicinal waters with hydrogene-carbonate that cures chronic motoric diseases, rheumatism, vertebral disk problems, neurotic illnesses causing muscle distrophy as well as gynaecological illnesses. Presently, the establishment has a  general pool (28-29 C), a swimming pool (22-24 C), an indoor thermal pool (38 C) and the outdoor medicinal pool with underwater benches (32-34 C) built in 2007.

Balmazújváros: Semsey Castle and Museum. A permanent exhibition (Man and nature along the Hortobágy) with a Semsey Memorial room and various temporary exhibitions showing pieces of art collected or created by local people.
 
Balmazújváros: Hatter's workshop. The workshop of Gyula Mihalkó and an exhibition showing one of the oldest trades in town. The handicraftsman used natural materials (wool) to make his excellent shepherds hats. The Mihalkó family was in business from the 1800s onwards.
 
Hajdúböszörmény: Hajdúság Museum. Permanent and temporary exhibitions centered around archeology, the arms of the Hajdú (the local herdsmen), traditional agriculture and crafts, history of the Hajdúkerület, mand and his furniture, wood carvings, social life, the era of the dualism, painted coffins, the history of the interwar years and the town after 1945.
 
Karcag, Szélmalmi Visitor Centre: the southern entrance  of the Hortobágy National Park.
 
Karcag: Győrffy Museum. The Nagykun exhibition is housed in the building of a has-been country house of the Győrffy family that  was built in the 1830s.
 
Nádudvar: Pottery. A tribute to the centuries-long tradition of pottery with a souvenir shop and a workshop.
 
Püspökladány: Ferenc Karacs Museum. Two permanent exhibitions, one on the life and works of Ferenc Karacs and the other on the history of the Nagy-Sárrét in Bihar from the river regulation until 1914.
